Via I-95 - South to North Take I-95 North to Exit 54 Hanover St Stay to the right, go .4 miles to jug handle turn on right (sign reads Port Covington shopping Center) (you have to turn right in order to make a left) Go through traffic light at jug handle  (you will be on Cromwell St) and go .3 miles to next traffic light)Go through light and go .1 miles and turn right into PCMC entrance

Via I-95 - North or South Take I-95 south to the Fort McHenry Tunnel Get in right hand lane of right hand tube Take exit 55 immediately after exiting the tunnel Go down ramp to traffic light Go through light (you will be on McComas St) and go .5 miles to U-turn  Signs will read Port Covington, Cromwell St After U-turn go .1 miles and turn right on Cromwell St Go .2 miles to traffic light (Sun Papers plant will be on your right) Make a U-turn and go .1 milesTurn right into PCMC entrance
